Abstract: The present study aimed to know the personal traits according to ‘Eisnik Measure’ on those who commit
sexual crimes in the Palestinian society who are inmates of the Palestinian reform and rehabilitation
centres (West Bank( according to its three domains : extroversion, introversion , equanimity , emotion
and lying which was standardized by (Abu-Asa’ad,2015). To achieve this aim, the descriptive analytical
methodology was used on a sample consisting of (37) criminals who were chosen in an intentional way
from the population of the study. After collecting and analysing the data, the results showed that the
total degree in the domain of extroversion was high whereby it amounted to (1.56), and to the
nonexistence of an emotional equanimity whereby the total degree was (1.44). The total degree of the
test of the domain of lying was high with a proportion of (1.49). The results were interpreted and the

Abstract: هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على اساليب التوافق النفسي والاجتماعي من وجهة نظر الأسرى المحررين والعاملين في جهاز الأمن الوقائي الفلسطيني في محافظة جنين، واستخدم الباحثان أداة المقابلة ذات الاسئلة المفتوحة لإعطاء المجال للأسرى المحررين الحديث بحرية. قام باستخدام أداة بحثية من اعدادهما، وتم جمع المعلومات من خلال استخدام المنهج التحليلي الوصفي لملائمته لهذا البحث.
بعد اجراء المقابلة قام الباحثان بتحليل المقابلات حسب طريقة تحليل الموضوع ((Braun &Clarke, 2006) (Thematic analysis.
توصل الباحثان لعدد من النتائج من اهمها: أن الأسرى تحدثوا عن اربعة مواضيع رئيسية هي (معاناة بداية الاعتقال وأثرها على المعتقل، المعاناة بعد عملية الاعتقال (داخل المعتقل)، الدعم للأسرى داخل المعتقل والدعم للأسير بعد عملية التحرر وكل محور من المحاور اعلاه انقسم إلى عدة محاور فرعية حسب حديث الأسرى المحررين.
خرج الباحثان بمجموعه من التوصيات اهمها تفعيل دور المراكز والمؤسسات التي تعنى بالصحة النفسية للأسرى المحررين بعد خروجهم من الأسر، تشكيل فريق مهني من الاخصائيين النفسيين المتخصصين في آلية التعامل مع الأسرى المحررين وخاصة المشاكل التي يواجهونها لدى خروجهم من الأسر والتي تعيق تكيفهم، الاهتمام بتوزيع نشرات تثقيفية تخص الأسرى المحررين من قبل هيئة شؤون الأسرى والمحررين2022-12-30T00:00:00Z
